Our History
Established in 1980 by Gordon Levett and Claude Beltrame, ROCSC was designed with the purpose of maintaining a Community Connection for Graduates of Rostrevor College.
ROCSC first competed in the South Australian Soccer Federation Metro League. In 1981 ROCSC moved to the newly established Collegiate Soccer League & have been competing in this competition ever since.
ROCSC’s first major period of success came in the late 80s when Clive Ormrod, a former Manchester City player, took charge. Clive lead ROCSC to the ‘86/’87/’88 & ‘89 League titles. It was an unprecedented area of success. Clive coached ROCSC for a period of 10 years and also won the ‘85/’87 & ‘88 League Cup.
Since then ROCSC has built a pedigree that is unmatched in the CSL. ROCSC has at present won a record total of 11 Division 1 League titles and 11 League Cups. ROCSC has won a title in every Division in which we have competed in, amassing over 20 League Titles in the lower Divisions.
ROCSC has grown to a membership that exceeds 150 active players and presently fields 7 sides in the CSL.

Mark Dalle-Nogare
CLUB LEGEND
Mark joined ROCSC in the late 80’s & has been a dedicated member ever since. Coaching and playing in numerous title winning teams. He was inducted as a Life Member in 2024. -
Tony Murabito
Tony joined in 1997. amassing over 400 games, three CSL Cup victories (2001, 2002, 2009), and a Division 1A title (2006) as a player. He moved into coaching from 2007, having guided our Division 4 team to four titles in five years since 2021. He was inducted as a Life Member in 2025.
